We place great emphasis on good service, whether you are buying, seeking advice, or having problems with a device you purchased from us. There is up to a 3-year warranty on sold products, depending on the manufacturer and the product in question. In most cases, there is a two-year warranty on sold electronics for individuals, which applies to manufacturing defects. If there is damage to a device, we refer you to an authorized service provider and it is a matter of insurance.

When you are unsure whether your device is working properly or not, simply contact us and we will assess each case individually, get the device back, and put it through the appropriate process to the agent/authorized service provider and return it as it should be.

After many years of experience in reselling and servicing Apple products in particular, it is our great concern to provide the service that the customer deserves and to ensure that everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
